Description

FKA is hiring a full-time Digital Performance Marketing Supervisor with deep expertise in Google Ads and Google Analytics to join our growing digital media team. We’re looking for a results-driven marketer who thrives on developing and optimizing digital campaigns that deliver measurable performance for our clients.

In this role, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing paid media campaigns across Google Search, Display, YouTube, and Performance Max — while also analyzing results and providing clear, actionable insights. You’ll work closely with account managers, creative teams, and analytics specialists to bring integrated campaigns to life for national and regional clients.

What you will do:

  • Strategize, build, and manage digital advertising campaigns in Google Ads from end to end — including Search, Display, YouTube, Performance Max, and Shopping.
  • Monitor performance and analyze data in Google Ads and GA4, delivering actionable insights to both internal teams and clients.
  • Optimize campaigns on a daily and weekly basis to drive performance against KPIs such as ROAS, CPA, CTR, and engagement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure campaigns align with client goals and audience targeting strategies.
  • Set-up and review ad tracking including pixel implementation, conversion tracking and audience list creation through tools like Google Tag Manager and GA4.
  • Develop and present performance reports with a clear narrative and recommendations.
  • Provide training, mentorship and guidance on Google Ads, GA4, and platform best practices.
  • Oversee direct reports, supporting their professional growth through mentorship, feedback and team development initiatives.
  • Stay up to date on platform updates, betas, and digital trends — and actively bring new ideas forward.

What you bring to the role:

  • 8+ years of hands-on experience managing Google Ads campaigns with significant media budgets.
  • Strong knowledge of GA4, Google Tag Manager, Looker Studio and conversion tracking best practices.
  • Experience building and optimizing campaigns across multiple formats: Search, Display, YouTube, PMax, Demand Gen.
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze data and translate insights into optimizations and strategy shifts.
  • Experience setting up and troubleshooting Google Merchant Center feeds to support and optimize Shopping and Performance Max campaigns.
  • Strong commitment to mentoring team members, offering constructive feedback, and fostering professional growth in a collaborative environment.
  • Google Ads Certification (Search, Display, Video, or Measurement) is preferred.
  • Experience with Meta Ads or Microsoft Ads is a plus but not required.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills — able to present complex ideas clearly to both internal stakeholders and clients.
  • Strong project management and time management skills; able to juggle multiple campaigns and deadlines.

The salary range for this position is $76,500-$99,500 depending on experience.
