Account Supervisor

Description

FKA is seeking an Account Supervisor to join our Client Services team in Edmonton. This role supports our continued growth by leading client relationships and ensuring projects are delivered with strategic clarity and precision. Success in this role involves overseeing day-to-day client work while contributing to complex projects, mentoring junior team members and maintaining exceptional client relationships.

FKA is the largest full-service marketing and advertising agency headquartered in Edmonton. We manage over $20 million in annual media spend and have earned more than 120 awards for creativity and effectiveness. Our clients include the Government of Alberta, The Brick, Edmonton International Airport (YEG), Alberta Cancer Foundation and the Edmonton International Film Festival.

Responsibilities


  • Lead mid-level accounts and projects as the primary client contact.
  • Provide strategic oversight and mentorship to junior Client Services team members on smaller accounts.
  • Manage specific workstreams for large or complex accounts led by senior team members.
  • Ensure all agency work is on strategy, on brief and high quality before client delivery.
  • Coordinate work flow across multiple projects with internal teams and external vendors.
  • Manage account budgets and forecasting while advocating for client and agency needs.

Required experience


  • 6+ years of agency experience in advertising or interactive roles.
  • Experience working alongside account and leadership teams to produce integrated marketing campaigns.
  • Experience running status meetings and preparing project status documentation
  • Experience tracking project budgets and managing resource timelines.
  • Strong background in client relationship management and leading professional presentations.

The salary range for this position is $76,500 to $99,500. This is a full-time position based in Edmonton with a hybrid work model requiring three days in-office per week. We provide a comprehensive benefits package including extended health coverage and RRSP matching.
